Welcome to Consumer Family Science which is part of the Career Technical Education Department.  I am a registered Dietitian and have worked in the foodservice industry for many years.  This year I am looking forward to working with students in the field of culinary and helping them to master basic cooking techniques, develop more advanced cooking skills, explore healthy alternatives, and gain life skills that will prepare them for living on their own.
